Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ConvertHooks (converthooks.com), operated by GVNY Properties LLC ("we," "us"), handles information when you use the site. We designed ConvertHooks to work without accounts and to keep as little of your data as possible.

1. What We Collect

Text you paste. When you generate hooks, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your results. Your text and the generated hooks are held briefly in server memory (approximately 30 minutes) so you can view, copy, and download them, and are not written to a permanent database. Do not paste sensitive personal information.

Usage data. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) in hosting and security logs, and we measure site usage with Google Analytics (see Section 3).

Aggregate counters. Links we share on social media route through our own redirect links and increment anonymous, aggregate click counters (platform, date, post number). These counters contain no personal information.

No accounts. We do not offer accounts and do not collect names, passwords, or payment information.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Google Analytics 4 measures site usage (pages viewed, traffic source, events such as generating or copying hooks — never the text itself). We use Google Consent Mode: for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising storage default to "denied."

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the generation form from bots and may process device and network signals for that purpose.

Google AdSense (when active) serves the advertisements that keep the tool free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted and consented. You can control personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data at google.com/policies/technologies/partner-sites.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core tool works without them.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Pasted text and generated hooks: about 30 minutes in server memory, then gone. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Aggregate click counters (no personal data) are retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we keep almost no personal data, most requests are satisfied automatically by the retention practices above — but you can contact us at info@converthooks.com with any request and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. International Visitors

The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand that information is processed in the U.S. and by the providers listed above.

9. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
